Can you choose to stack on serves but not when receiving serves? Also, can you decide to stack anytime during the game?

I love your teaching videos. This one currently shown I would like to see more action than explanation. Perhaps you hitting the ball and or moving strategically; then explaining why you need to advance, stay back, dink, drive, lob, etc. Maybe play a couple of points analyzing the play. I do like your coaching approach, techniques and tips. You have a fun way of teaching.

This is what my partner was doing over and over today! She would keep people back by driving to the baseline and they would dig it out and lob, then she would drive again! Then, when they hit to me, I would softly drop it at an angle and they couldn’t get to it!! 🎉💪🏽

If that is the normal body reaction, any good exercises to strengthen that area? Maybe something like a hinged, between the legs, exercise band pull through?
